Bodyline Cancellation Policy

It is company policy that International Patient Care payments are transferable but not refundable:

  • All Patient Care bookings must be paid in full, once booking is confirmed.
  • Provided 14 days written notice is received prior to your original booking Bodyline International Patient Care will provide you with a credit for International Patient Care service charges and permit the value of the payment to be transferred to a future booking within 3 months.

- cancellation & no show policies:

All accommodation bookings must be paid in full, 14 days in advance of Check-in date. Bookings not paid for will be automatically cancelled.

Low season and High season policy: Where a cancellation is received in writing within 7 days of arrival; a penalty of 1 nights accommodation will be forfeited with the balance value of your accommodation transferable to a future booking within 3 months.

Peak Season policy: Where cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival the entire value of the booking will be forfeited.



It is company policy that accommodation payments are not refundable where:

  1. Bodyline has fulfilled its obligations and provided all the necessary information to enable the client to make an informed decision prior to making payment for accommodation services as requested by the client.

  2. Bodyline has delayed accepting payment to allow you sufficient time to cancel your booking if you are unable to confirm final arrangements between yourself and the surgeon regarding a mutually agreeable time for surgery that resulted in the need for you to cancel your accommodation booking.

  3. Cancellation is received in writing less than 7 days prior to your original booking and Bodyline is unable to fill your booking due to insufficient notice being given; you automatically forfeit the full value of your accommodation booking.
