Dear Judith, dear Bodyline
Although I had originally not intended to use your services but just wanted to go on holiday in Thailand – looking around for a solution to my massive breast problems (implants) myself since I had heard a lot of positive things concerning surgery there - I, sort of, stumbled on to your web-site and decided to contact you 2 days before leaving home. The most astonishing thing for me was that I received an almost immediate reply (same day) which struck me as being very professional! After a few minutes of going through your offers, I then contacted you with details of my problems (urgent replacement of old implants that had already deformed and were causing a lot of pain).
Judith, I really do not know where to start thanking you. Maybe with the story of how you contacted me and raced around trying to find the “right” doctor for my problem, set up the date for the surgery, drove me to the hospital, were there at all times and holding my (trembling) hands – namely, before going in for the surgery, being there when I woke up again (although I was so out that I only noticed the next morning because of the little note and flowers you had left at my bed) and visiting constantly. How wonderful to see a familiar and caring face waking up after you had just gone through a six-hour surgery! The doctor you suggested and we both then decided on was absolutely breathtaking - Dr. Pongsakorn. This professional, warm, gentle doctor spent a lot of time with me and answered even the most “ridiculous” questions concerning the surgery I simply wanted everything explained to me in detail. The hospital itself was absolutely clean, the nursing unit very caring.
But that is not all I would like to thank you for. After leaving the hospital you suggested that I recover in an environment far away from the usual tourist places - Aochalong Bay. I must say that I really felt good to experience such a wonderful spot with very nice staff. And then all the social activities you enabled me to attend to! Thank you once again! I am sure to recommend you to all who will listen to me…
PS: After receiving your email asking me how I felt and if everything is still okay, I have to admit that I immediately felt a trice better again. No post-surgery problems at all – only the healing will take a bit longer due to the long lasting, complicated surgery. But I’m certain that will be over in a “jiffy”…. I just (4 months after the surgery) had an MRT done to check if all is well and to give me even more self-confidence. It shows that everything is perfectly okay. Dr. Pongsakorn has done a great job. Please give my thanks and regards to him as I also will do personally. I feel great having my normal life back again without all this pain.
PPS: Stay the way you are – we all loved you.

Everything has been going good since I got back from Thailand. During my few days of travel, I experienced a monumental amount of shrinkage - so much so that I am keeping my fingers crossed that they stay this size! (Maybe I should have gone with the 260cc). My vision is still blurry. I am hoping that I won't have to get the enhancement surgery. And I smile much more, although I still feel a but like Mr. Ed.
I wanted to write you and tell you that I am overall happy with the results that I got, despite signs that may have pointed otherwise. I suppose that I was just scared and untrusting of foreign doctors, despite the research that I had done. (I think this has something to do with being American). And I didn't know exactly what to expect or what was normal post operation. I had so much to lose had things gone wrong - most importantly my job. We are without sophisticated or private medical care. Our "medics" on base are our co-workers too. And here in Iraq, you are on your own, much like I was (initially in Thailand).
I wish my friend had not joined me. I felt pressured to get well too soon and to be ready to go out and adventure, only to be stuck in the room most of the time while she spoke to her boyfriend on the Internet. She dominated the trip, what I saw, what I did, and where I stayed. She acted as though I owed her something for her presence, when it was she that invited herself along for the trip just 2 weeks prior to my departure, with FULL knowledge of my agenda. She made me feel as though my choices were horrible. I suppose I wanted to be able to do it all too - get the work done, explore Thai culture, and sprinkle in some adventure.
Please send Doctor Pongsakorn my apologies, and let him know that I am pleased with the results I was frightened that my journey could turn into some horrific story of a naive, young girl who travelled to Thailand to be butchered in the name of surgery at a lower price. Now I know that this is not so.
Please know that I am thankful to you, Nong, the doctors, and the staff at Aochalong Villa.

I would like to take the time to say a very big thankyou to all the staff at Bodyline especially Nong and Judith.
A 9 hour surgery was not something I was looking forward to…. Breast reduction and Lift... Tummy Tuck and then Liposuction to various areas of my body…. was a must for me to finally feel good about myself..... I was tired of feeling less.... I had made up my mind that at 36 , all these various surgeries would finally help me to look in a mirror and feel MORE..... Thank you Dr Pathom and Bodyline

Life is full of surprises..... I arrived to be greeted by Judith from Bodyline at the airport to be whisked away to the Yanhee hospital Bangkok, to see my sister Seija who was 67 and had just undergone a face and neck lift and breast Augmentation....At that time , I was not sure whether I would have surgery myself.... I needed to be support for Seija who had arrived 3 days earlier and was healing quite nicely in hospital.... I am 64 and in good health... bit overweight to my liking but still happy to be alive and healthy... I hated my neck so had thought I might just get that attended to with surgery.... but was not sure what else
To my surprise the next day I found myself in consultation with Dr Pitch for a neck lift....Judith was there beside me to be my support....Dr Pitch asked me what my needs were and I found myself saying...Basically Doctor Everything....head to toe would be nice ....We all laughed......finally I decided to have a tummy tuck, lower face and neck lift, and Liposuction to my legs, arms and thighs.
I was cautioned not to have the arm lift I had asked for by Judith, who said she felt that the doctor should give us his thoughts on exactly how much surgery a women of my age could have.....Dr Pitch advised me that he felt I was overdoing it with the arm lift ....as it was too much surgery for my age group.... I went into surgery and came back to my hospital room, with Judith awaiting my arrival..... 8 hours later.......Judith slept the night and was my emotional support system.....Nurses came and went on a regular basis taking temperatures and blood pressures and administering medication
My sister Seija walked into see me the next day looking like she was a mummy from the Egyptian days....Her face was swollen but bruising was not too bad.....We both laughed at each other and made comments only sister can make to each other.....
Judith was in and out day and night, over the next week or so....facilitating my needs with a remedy often of laughter.....Specialist were bought on board to advise on my high blood pressure..... I was very impressed with the high quality of care and all the medical attention that went on due to my high blood pressure.... I am a qualified nursing sister, so understand everything to do with the human body and its recovery functions.....I felt it surpassed the Australian standards medically.
My sister and went home 3 weeks later looking 10 years younger having had the adventure of a life time..... This experience was much more than we anticipated...
We both felt that had it not been for Bodyline, we would not have had surgery...even in Australia.... as we needed the support system that Bodyline provides to be brave enough to have the surgeries we had

I was referred to Bodyline Retreat by a prior client who had very successful results & decided to use them as well for organizing my cosmetic surgery.
The team at Bodyline Retreat were very helpful from the word ‘go’.
They organized my surgery with a competent cosmetic surgeon as well as accommodation & a list of ‘things to do’ while in Bangkok.
Judith meet me at the hotel on the day of my arrival as well as on the day of my consultation with the surgeon. It was very stress relieving to have someone who knows what’s going on to steer you in the right direction once you’re there. Judith saw me before my operation & greeted me when I came back into my room. Judith visited everyday & it was a delight to see a bright, bubbly face while recovering from the operation. It felt like a friend was coming to visit.
The surgeon also visited daily to check on my progress.
If I had any questions or needed something, Judith was always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was in regards to the procedure or organizing the pressure suits; she was there to lend a helping hand & was very much appreciated.
6 months down the track, I decided to go back & have a check up as well as another operation. Judith was there to meet me & it was great to see her again. She is very dedicated to her clients – she even kept me company while I was trying to get to sleep.
I am very happy with the results & keen to continue working on the canvas I have been given.
Judith & the team were very helpful & supportive while going through the process of cosmetic surgery (& continue to be). I have no hesitation in recommending Bodyline Retreat to family & friends as I know that they will be as happy as I am with their commitment & results.

Dear Judith
I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for the care and attention that I received from you when I had my surgery. From the time I stepped off the plane you were there to greet me with a smile which made me feel better, as I was nervous. You took my sister and myself back to the hotel and settled us in and from then on you were there for us. I will always be grateful for the time you spent with my sister while I was in the hospital so that she didn't feel lonely.
You were the last person I saw going to surgery and the first person I saw when I woke up which was so very reassuring for me. You continued to support me once I was out of the hospital, you took me to all my appointments and took us to places and markets you though we would enjoy and we did. You made the experience of surgery easy.
When I tell people that I went to Thailand and had a breast reduction and lift a tummy tuck and lipo the say… weren't you scared?
I have to say no I wasn't to me, Bodyline and the people that work for your company were totally professional and the care that I received from all the people connected with you was just fantastic.

Bodyline, What a fantastic way of having plastic surgery you could not ask for any more professional service than what myself, friends and family received during our time in Bangkok. The hospital that bodyline operates from is fantastic.
The care and treatment that I received was nothing I have ever had before in hospital, clean and professional. Thank you Judith for caring as much as you did and for making me feel so relaxed. You are an angle and thank you again Bodyline you have mad us women feel brand new.
The results of my surgery were out of this world I have never felt as good about myself as I feel now.
I recommend anyone to go overseas and have plastic surgery, stop listening to the rubbish on TV its all about money. I know first hand you don't get the same treatment here in Australia, the Surgeons in Australia make mistakes you just don't hear about them.
